It’s delightfully soft, buttery, & slightly sweet filled with macerated local Oregon strawberries and topped with house whipped vanilla bean cream.
It’s one of our favorites here at the bakery - don’t miss it!
This shortcake feeds one very hungry person, but can easily be shared by two people as well.
